All spa covers are constructed with vinyl especially formulated for spa cover use. 

                                        SPECIFICATIONS OF VINYL  

• Fire retardant
• Mildew resistant
• Ultra-violet inhibited
• -40 degrees cold crack
• Cover liner (bottom) specifically formulated to be bromine and chlorine resistant
• Covers are sewn with 100% polyester thread

   INSULATION

• All covers are tapered 3.5 to 2.5 inches for rain runoff
• All insulation is reinforced with aluminum C channel 
• 1 pound foam density 

OTHER FEATURES

• Zippers are 100% nylon marine quality
• All handles and straps are double "X" stitched for added strength 
• Secure locks (4) with key are provided with each cover
• All covers have heat seals between halves to prevent heat loss  
• Complete cover has an "R" value of 19.7
• Safety warning labels are attached to all covers
• All Bi-fold spa covers are classified manual safety covers by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc.
• All covers carry a standard 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials
• Handles, straps, and hinge reinforced with extra material    

SANDERS FRP (FIBER REINFORCED PLASTIC) SPA COVER

• Both sides of the foam are laminated with fiber reinforced plastic sheeting to provide strength and a protective layer against water absorption 
• Walk on spa cover which can withstand up to 300 pounds of pressure
